Product demos & explainers · Spring, TX · Per film, $450–$1,400

Your product, understood in ninety seconds.

We script, animate and cut 60–120 second demo and explainer films for B2B SaaS teams — captioned, exported for every feed, and billed once per film.

Collage of a laptop showing a software dashboard, torn storyboard frames and a leaping winged horse, marked up with magenta circles and orange timecode notes Captions standard · 3 ratios

Most software gets explained the way it was built — feature by feature, sprint by sprint — until the prospect quietly leaves somewhere around the settings page. We work in the other direction. We find the single moment your product earns its price, put it at second twenty, and cut everything that doesn’t lead there. What you get back is short enough to autoplay in a sales email and clear enough that your demo calls open at question three instead of question one.

Three cuts, each with a fixed price

Pick by what you already have. Raw footage needs a sharper edit; a working product needs a choreographed demo; an idea still looking for its audience needs an illustrated argument. Every tier includes the script, the captions and the export folder.

Cut 01Up to 0:60

The Recut

You already have footage — a founder Loom, a webinar, a launch-week screen capture that runs four minutes too long. We write a new script around it, rebuild the pacing, add motion callouts and captions, and return a sixty-second cut that finally gets to the point.

  • Script rewritten to your footage
  • Motion callouts & lower thirds
  • Captions + .srt file
  • 16:9 and 1:1 exports

The Demo

A scripted screen-capture demo recorded at 4K from your staging account. We choreograph every cursor move, rebuild the key screens in vector so zooms stay razor-sharp, and narrate the one workflow that sells the subscription — nothing from the settings page unless it closes deals.

  • Script + shot list
  • 4K capture, cursor choreography
  • Vector UI zooms & callouts
  • 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 exports

The Explainer

For products that need the why before the how. A fully illustrated, fully animated film in your brand palette, voiced by a professional narrator and scored with licensed music. Every frame is storyboarded and approved before a single one moves.

  • 12–18 frame storyboard
  • Custom illustration & motion

Anatomy of a cut

Where the ninety seconds actually go

Before we write a word, we block the runtime. Half of it belongs to your product doing its job, uninterrupted. The rest exists to earn that half, and to ask for one thing at the end.

  1. 00:00–00:06

    The hook

One line of on-screen type naming what the problem costs. No logo sting, no swelling strings.

  2. 00:06–00:20

    The friction

The spreadsheet, the Slack thread, the Thursday nobody wants. Shown, briefly, never mocked.

  3. 00:20–01:05

    The product

One workflow, uninterrupted, from first click to finished result — at real speed, then at 2×.

  4. 01:05–01:20

    The proof

The report, the notification, the number that moved — evidence pulled from the interface itself.

  5. 01:20–01:30

    The ask

One action and one URL, held on screen long enough for someone to actually type it.

Send us the workflow. We’ll send back the runtime.

What lands in your folder

No logo wall here — the work arrives under your name, not ours. What we can show you is precisely what each film ships with, named so your marketing lead finds it at midnight before a launch.

How a film gets made

Kickoff call to export folder in about twelve working days

The schedule below is for The Demo. The Recut moves faster; The Explainer adds a few days for illustration. Either way, you always know which day we’re on and what you owe us next.

  1. Day 1 01

    The kickoff

Thirty minutes on a screen share. You show us the product the way you’d show your best customer; we listen for the moment people lean in.

  2. Days 2–4 02

    Script & boards

A two-column script — words left, picture right — with rough frames beside it. You approve it in writing before anything moves, and edits at this stage cost nothing.

  3. Days 5–9 03

    Capture & motion

Staging-account capture at 4K, key screens rebuilt in vector so they can zoom, every callout timed to the voice track.

  4. Days 10–11 04

    Two rounds of notes

A review link where you click the frame and type. Two full rounds are built into the price, with no hourly meter running in the background.

  5. Day 12 05

    The folder

Masters, cutdowns, captions and poster frames, delivered as one shared folder with sensible filenames and nothing missing.

Before day one

Pack for the kickoff call

  1. A staging login with realistic data. Empty dashboards make every product look unfinished.
  2. Your brand kit. Fonts, hex values, logo files — or a link to wherever they live in Figma.
  3. The sentence your best rep uses. The one that makes prospects stop scrolling their inbox.
  4. Three objections sales hears most. The film should quietly answer each of them.

Before you send it

The questions founders actually ask

Is the price really the whole price?

Yes. $450, $865 or $1,400 covers the script, production, captions, exports and two rounds of notes. The only extras are the add-ons listed above, and we quote those before any work begins.

Do we need a finished product to make a demo?

A staging account with believable data is enough. If a screen isn’t built yet, we can mock it in vector from your Figma file so the film doesn’t wait on your roadmap.

Who writes the script?

We do, from the kickoff call and the materials you send. You approve it in writing before production starts — that’s the stage where changes are cheapest for everyone.

What happens when our UI changes next quarter?

Because key screens are rebuilt as vector layers, a re-skin is usually a recut rather than a reshoot. That’s the UI re-skin add-on, from $180.

Can we bring our own voiceover or music?

Of course. Send cleared audio and we’ll cut to it. The Explainer price stays the same — we simply spend the time on animation instead.
